Terms of Service
The rules for using Drake AI Video, including content standards, payments, and how to report abuse.
Last updated: 2026-10-11
Version: 1.1 · Effective: 2026-10-11
1. Acceptance
Drake AI Video (https://drakeaivideo.com) is provided by LI KUN, an individual based in China. Creating an account, buying credits, or using the service means you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract where you live. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. The service
The service turns one uploaded photo into an AI performance video with audio and provides accounts, credits, and creation history. Available models, duration, aspect ratio, resolution, and credit cost are shown before you submit a generation.
This is an online digital software service; no physical goods are shipped. Once payment is confirmed, purchased credits are added to your account for use. Videos require a separate generation request and are not completed instantly at purchase. If payment succeeds but credits do not arrive, contact support with the order reference.
Generation uses your selected third-party Seedance model through EvoLink. Model-provider outages, restrictions, or changes may affect performance and availability.
AI outputs may vary in identity, movement, audio, and timing, contain errors, or resemble outputs made for other users. Review results before using or sharing them, and clearly identify them as AI-generated where they could mislead. Do not present them as evidence of real events or a real person’s words or actions.
This is an independent tool, not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Drake or his record labels. Buying credits does not grant rights to any artist’s likeness, music, trademarks, or other third-party material.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it was used without permission.
4. Credits and payment
Credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription. Purchased credits do not expire. Prices, currency, and credit quantities are shown at checkout. Each generation uses the credits displayed for the selected model and duration before submission; costs differ by setting. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
Each purchase authorizes one charge for the final amount shown at checkout. This product does not offer automatic top-ups. Applicable taxes and the final amount payable are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake; card data does not pass through or reside on our website servers.
Confirmed failed generations return the reserved credits. A pending or unconfirmed task is not a confirmed failure. For billing or credit errors, contact us with the order or task ID, not your full card details.
Within 7 calendar days of purchase, you may request a full refund if the entire credit pack from that purchase remains unused. Verified duplicate charges are refunded in full for the excess charge. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable; subjective dissatisfaction with an output is not itself a technical failure.
For refunds or billing disputes, email support@drakeaivideo.com from your account address with the subject “Refund request” or “Billing issue”, your order reference, purchase date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method; arrival depends on the payment provider and bank. Corresponding credits are withdrawn to prevent reuse. This policy preserves mandatory withdrawal, refund, and consumer rights and does not restrict lawful disputes with your bank.
We respond to billing or refund requests within 2 business days and correct confirmed billing errors within 5 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider within 5–10 business days of approval; final bank posting may take additional time.
5. Acceptable use: content standards and prohibitions
These rules apply to uploaded photos, generation requests, output videos, and content distributed using the service. You must not submit, request, generate, or distribute any of the following, help others do so, or circumvent restrictions:
Sexual / NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexual services, nudity intended for sexual gratification, or any non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized depiction.
Violence / gore: graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, abuse of people or animals, or content threatening, promoting, or inciting violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
Hate speech: degrading, dehumanizing, or threatening people, or inciting discrimination or violence, based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
Child-unsafe content (CSAM): any sexualization, nudity, sexual exploitation, grooming, abuse, or endangerment involving minors or people who appear to be minors, including AI-generated, fictional, or altered child sexual abuse material.
Deepfakes / impersonation: unauthorized deepfakes using a real person’s likeness or voice, or impersonation intended to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, fabricate endorsements, or mislead the public. Use only your own likeness or material for which you have explicit permission from the person depicted. An AI label does not replace permission or make prohibited content acceptable.
Copyright / trademark infringement: using protected photos, videos, music, recordings, logos, or other works without the necessary rights, or generating or distributing content that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
Illegal activity, scams, harassment, exposure of private personal information, malware, infrastructure attacks, and bypassing security, access controls, content restrictions, or billing are also prohibited.
Without prior written permission, do not resell or subcontract access, systematically scrape outputs, or use service inputs, outputs, responses, or derived data to train, fine-tune, distill, or develop competing AI models. Do not present generated content as work by doctors, lawyers, financial advisers, or other professionals in contexts that could cause harm, or violate applicable card-network rules.
6. Reporting abuse and infringement
Anyone can report suspected violations to support@drakeaivideo.com; an account is not required. Use the subject “Content report” and include the content URL or task ID if available, the relevant policy category, a brief explanation, and a contact address for follow-up.
For copyright, trademark, likeness, or privacy complaints, identify the affected work, right, or person, explain whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative, and provide information that helps us verify the claim. Send only what is needed for review. Do not download, copy, or attach child sexual abuse material; provide its location and a written description instead.
For child safety, non-consensual intimate imagery, or credible threats of physical harm, mark the subject “Urgent”. This mailbox is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
7. Content review, enforcement, and appeals
We receive reports through the email channel above and manually review the report, relevant uploads and generation records, necessary context, and applicable law. We may request more information from the reporter or affected user. Reports involving child safety or serious physical harm receive priority.
We do not guarantee pre-screening of every upload or output. Review may take place after a report or suspected abuse is identified. Successful generation is not an endorsement or confirmation that content complies with these terms.
Depending on severity and repeated violations, we may reject or restrict generations, remove content or restrict access, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Where legally required or necessary to protect others’ safety, we may preserve relevant records and report to or cooperate with competent authorities.
Where legally permitted and consistent with safety and investigations, we will communicate the outcome or requests for further information by email. Timing depends on severity and verification needs. We cannot directly remove copies users have downloaded or posted on other platforms.
If you believe a decision was mistaken, email support@drakeaivideo.com with the subject “Content moderation appeal”, the original report, task, or account reference, your reasons, and any supporting evidence. We will review the decision and respond by email; restrictions may remain in place during review.
8. Uploads, outputs, and rights
You retain your existing rights in uploads and confirm you have the permissions and consent needed to submit, process, and use them as intended. You grant us and necessary service providers a limited license to store, copy, and process that content, generate and deliver results, and address safety, reports, and support. This does not transfer ownership to us.
As between you and us, we assign to you any rights we may hold in outputs generated for you, to the extent legally permitted and transferable. This grants no third-party rights and does not guarantee copyright protection. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train or fine-tune our own AI models without your explicit consent.
Your use of outputs must comply with these terms, applicable law, and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are original, copyrightable, or cleared for commercial use. Before publishing or commercial use, you must obtain any necessary permissions for people, music, source material, and trademarks. Platform software, interface, and brand assets remain ours or our licensors’.
9. Ending use and account restrictions
You may stop using the service at any time and contact us to request account closure or deletion of personal information. We may restrict or end access for violations, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements, explaining the reason where feasible and lawful. Data retention and deletion follow our Privacy Policy, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If we permanently end the service or your account for reasons other than your breach, we refund the prepaid amount attributable to unused credits. Contact us about your balance before voluntarily closing your account. Closure does not trigger renewal or additional charges. Purchased credits do not expire while the account is active; you cannot generate after closure, and statutory refund rights remain intact.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation.
Models, features, and availability may change. No disclaimer excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and do not affect mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms and show the version and effective date here. We normally give at least 15 days’ notice through the website or your registered email for material changes. Legally required or urgent security changes may take effect sooner, with prompt notice. We obtain consent where legally required. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without excluding mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement for the service, together with specific order conditions shown at purchase.
If a dispute arises, contact us with the details so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not limit your right to complain to a competent regulator or seek remedies available through applicable courts.
